Where is the 2026 Educator Workshop taking place? 

The 2026 Educator Workshop will be held at:

When does registration open? 

Registration will open on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CT.   

Invited attendees will receive an email with registration instructions. Registration will also be available through the Educator Workshop event website.

When does registration close? 

Registration will be closed on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. CT.   

What is included with my registration?

Where do I pick up my badge? 

Attendees may pick up their badges at the AAE Registration Desk on Friday, located outside the meeting space at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch.  For those wishing to pick up their badge prior to Friday morning, you can do so on Thursday afternoon. Additional onsite signage and directions will be available at the hotel.

How many CE credits are available? 

Attendees may earn up to 7.5 CE credits for participation in the 2026 Educator Workshop. 
The AAE is a recognized ADA CERP provider. 

How do I redeem my CE credits? 

CE credits must be redeemed through the event website. 

To redeem your CE credits: 

Important Reminder 

Please save a copy of your CE letter to your computer for your records. The CE portal will close on September 1, 2026, and CE letters will no longer be accessible after that date. 

Will there be opportunities for audience questions and discussion? 

Yes. Each presentation will include time for audience questions and discussion. Microphones will be available throughout the meeting room for attendees wishing to participate during Q&A sessions. 

Will attendees receive a per diem? 

Yes. Attendees will receive a $150/day per diem to assist with travel-related expenses, like taxis or additional meals outside of the program. Per diems will be distributed via ACH (direct deposit). To receive funds electronically, attendees must complete the AAE secure ACH form prior to the deadline provided in registration materials. Per diems will be distributed to attendees in September.

Who arranges airfare? 

Airfare will be arranged through the AAE travel program and is included with registration. Additional travel details will be provided after registration opens. 

How do I get from the airport to the hotel? 

Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation between the airport and hotel. Additional transportation details and estimated costs will be shared closer to the meeting date.

What meals are included? 

Continental breakfast, coffee breaks, and designated meals during the workshop are included for registered attendees.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated? 

Yes. Dietary restrictions and food allergies submitted during registration will be accommodated whenever possible. 

Will session materials be available digitally?

Yes. Session materials and meeting information will be available digitally through the Educator Workshop event website and mobile platform closer to the meeting date. 

What is the recommended attire? 

Business casual attire is appropriate for the workshop program. On Friday evening, the Educator Workshop attendees are also invited to attend the AAE social event with the APICES attendees. Casual attire is recommended for the social event.

Will photography or recording take place during the meeting? 

Yes. Portions of the Educator Workshop may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
